How much does shipping cost?
There’s no shipping cost — all DAW products and updates are delivered to you immediately by electronic download.
How do I download my order?
Once your payment clears, your order information will appear immediately in the "Downloads" section of your “My Account” page. Your first order will create a DAW account that you’ll use going forward to download product updates.
How can I modify my order?
If you ordered too many licenses, please see our refund policy on our Terms & Conditions page. If you ordered too few licenses, please create a new order for the difference.

How to do I send products as a gift?
We currently do not offer a way to purchase online and send licenses as gifts. Please send us an email at billing@digitalappworks.com to arrange a gift purchase.
